William has more than 20 years of experience helping clients achieve their financial objectives. Prior to joining McQuade, William spent over 10 years in public accounting providing CFO Advisory and management consulting services and another 10 years as an officer and Vice President of a publicly traded company. William received his BBA in Finance and an MBA in Accounting from Loyola University.

I like building things that can stand the test of time and in building McQuade, we’re creating a work environment that solves our clients’ problems and provides a safe and comfortable work environment for our staff. We’re not an insurance agency but rather a consulting firm. We help our clients understand why their employees come to work every day. We build benefit programs that are financially balanced from an employer and employee standpoint that employees actually see the value.

I love the ability to live, work, and play in Baltimore City. I moved to Fells Point after college and except for a few years in the county in my early 30s, I never left. I can’t imagine living or working anywhere else. We purchased the building where our office is located which also happens to be 250 steps from my house. I aspire to not having a car but how else would we ( me, my wife Janine and our red Labrador Sadie) get to Dewey Beach, DE.

McQuade took over as the CFO for my firm and my family’s office a few years ago. They have been able to provide us a level of service I could not find anywhere else and a level of trust that ensures our partnership for as long as they have us."
