Our Process

We provide our clients with a thorough financial analysis.  Each client’s unique circumstances are considered along with myriad potential funding arrangements. Consumer Directed Health Care (CDHC) is part of every analysis to ensure each client understands the benefits, risks, and requirements to enter into these contracts.  Additionally, the pros and cons of a Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) are provided.
We then work with our clients to develop a budget, and a cost projection analysis.  We believe in a long term strategy, and not just an annual renewal analysis.
Further financial strategy and analysis takes place when we work to develop a contribution strategy.  Cost sharing between employer and employee is becoming increasingly important, as the overall program costs escalate.  Making the benefits affordable is fundamental.
McQuade is a full service partner in all aspects of the benefit program.  This includes employee communication.   On site employee education is a key element in our strategic approach.  We offer members an opportunity to ask questions, meet one-on-one and call us directly with benefit questions.
We develop an annual timeline and plan of action for each client.  The timeline is tailored, based upon the client’s fiscal needs and other business objectives.
We are an extension of our clients.  Our human resource partners lean heavily on us for ongoing support and day to day resolution of any benefit issues that may arise.  Above all, we are advocates for our clients and will always go the extra mile to ensure success.
